Consul General of Nigeria visited NJUST

On April 3th, Hon. Anderson Madubike, Consul General of Nigeria in Shanghai, and Abbas Abdulkadir Malam, Consul in Economics and Education, visited NJUST.

 


Prof. Liao Wenhe, Vice President, had a meeting with the guests at the Conference Center. He made a brief introduction to the history, school-running characteristics, talent cultivation and international education of NJUST.

 


You Fei, Deputy Dean of the School of International Education, shared experience of international education management and demonstrated overseas students’ achievements in academic research, cultural and sports activities and social practice, etc.   

 


Consul General Madubike said that NJUST impressed him with the fruitful achievements in students’ cultivation, academic research, beautiful campus scenery, and human-oriented logistic service.

 


He also expressed his sincere gratitude for the efforts made by NJUST in the cultivation of Nigerian students, and hoped to promote exchanges and cooperation in more fields, especially expecting to send more outstanding students to NJUST.

 

The guests also participated in the 2018 graduate graduation ceremony of NJUST, witnessing the important moments of more than 3,000 Chinese and foreign students and sharing their achievements and joys. Later on, the guests visited the international students’ dormitories and had a meeting with Nigerian students.
