Associate Professor Liang Yongshun has published high-level research results

in top international journals    

    Recently, associate professor Liang yongshun, a member of the applied mathe- matics coefficient science team of our university, published a research paper entitled “Fractal dimension of Riemann-Liouville fractional integral of 1-dimensional continuous functions” in the international top journal Fractional Calculus and Applied Analysis.

Liang yongshun partially solved the conjecture that the change of fractal dimension of continuous function under the action of Riemann-Liouville fractional integral is consistent with that of classical Riemann integral. That is, fractal dimension of Riemann-Liouville fractional integral of arbitrary continuous function does not exceed fractal dimension of the function itself.


This paper is also the first paper published in SCI(District one) Journal of basic mathematics in recent ten years, which marks a new step in the research of basic mathematics in our school.
